Why there was no looting during the recent Nashville flood...

I got this in a forwarded email the other day and I thought it was hysterical! Nashville went through so much recently and is slowly putting itself back together after its massive flood. I thought this was great that everyone really rallied together to get er' done and bring the city back to its former glory.
